Our instructors bring years of real healthcare and Adult Family Home experience into the classroom. Carmen Sighete has been in the Adult Family Home business for 24 years, and Cornelia Sighete, RN, has over 40 years of nursing and consulting experience.

Our team also includes Enzo Sighete, a Mental Health and Dementia instructor with 5 years of Adult Family Home experience, along with Tazio Sighete and Solomon Sighete, who help support students throughout their training.
